Join us in the Archeology Lab to celebrate Earth Day! Participate in hands-on activities and crafts or come and soak in nature outside on our walking trail and pecan orchard. Our site is alive with the sights and sounds of spring! Activities include sand-art stratigraphy jars, soil color science, stratigraphy matching, painted pebbles, and more!
This is a come-and-go event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Activities are included with regular site admission. Remember that your admission to the Levi Jordan Plantation gets you a ticket to the Varner-Hogg Plantation (valid for one use within 12 months of your visit), so check out their calendar of events and plan your next visit!
