During the 28th Annual Sassafras Festival, Mission Dolores State Historic Site will have a booth set up at the courthouse square in downtown San Augustine, Texas. Stop by and say hello!

Come learn how to make Spanish Hot Chocolate based on a 1650 recipe--fun for the whole family! All attendees will get to sample the beverage and take home a copy of the recipe. Yum!
