Please join the Cameron County Historical Commission for their 3rd Annual Civil War Fall Symposium and Reenactment.

In commemoration of the American Civil War Sesquicentennial, the Cameron County Historical Commission's Civil War Sesquicentennial Committee will present in cooperation with; National Parks Service, Texas Historical Commission, Historic Brownsville Museum, Harlingen Arts and Heritage Museum, and Stripes® Convenience Stores, the 3rd Annual Fall Symposium, November 2, 2013.

This year’s main speaker will be Stephen Townsend, PhD., author of “The Yankee Invasion of Texas” as well as living historian, Mr. Wade Marcum.
