Bluegrass SolutionCamp Coffee, Cobbler & Jam Music Series features 19th century through early-20th century music events celebrating the different genres of music and campfire cooking historically held at the Confederate Reunion Grounds State Historic Site.

The Bluegrass Solution, a Houston-based bluegrass band, will perform beneath the historic 1893 Dance Pavilion playing hard driving traditional bluegrass and bluegrass gospel music. There will also be a special guest appearance by Karl Shiflett, nationally acclaimed band leader of “The Karl Shiflett & Big Country Show."

Concessions will be provided by the Friends of the Confederate Reunion Grounds. In addition, campfire cooking for apple, peach, and cherry cobblers will be part of the program. All concession proceeds and donations will be used to fund future preservation projects and educational and interpretive programming and events.
