JOB OBJECTIVE: Perform advanced technical, administrative assistance and project coordination work for the architectural review staff of the Texas Historical Commission’s (THC) Division of Architecture. Serve as customer service face of the Texas Historic Preservation Tax Credit and Federal Rehabilitation Tax Credit programs. Work involves application processing and tracking; project coordination; special project development and implementation; database entry and management; and maintaining project filing systems for the federal and state historic preservation tax credit programs and Texas Preservation Trust Fund Grant (TPTF) Grant Program. Work under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
