Take a walk to explore the hidden world of historic sites, including an outdoor archeological investigation; hands-on museum work; and a special, behind the scenes exploration of the birthplace house. $10 per child, ages 7 through 13. Learn about the Outreach Programs and on-site educational opportunities that the Eisenhower Birthplace has available to public school, private school, homeschool, and community college teachers. Free tours of the Birthplace for teachers at 11:30 am or 2:30 pm with valid ID.

In 1960, Dwight D. Eisenhower made the admission of Hawaii as the 50th state of the Union official. Celebrate the inclusion of America’s tropical paradise with Hawaiian-themed crafts. Free!

The Eisenhower Birthplace welcomes the entire 7th Grade from Denison’s Scott Middle School as part of the annual city-wide Denison History Day event.  Please be aware of this extra activity as you plan your visit to the Eisenhower Birthplace.
