On April 29th, 2017, at 11am, the Smith Point Community Church (Chambers County) will be hosting the Smith Point Community Church Texas Historic Marker Dedication Ceremony. This honors the 80th birthday of the two room schoolhouse/church and 100+ years of the church’s existence. All are welcome to attend.
