BOOM! Have you ever wondered how to load a cannon or seen one fired? This 4th of July weekend, visitors to the San Jacinto Monument can learn how to load a cannon and watch regular cannon demonstrations.

It will be a blast, literally!

When: Saturday, July 2; 11:00 am – 2:00 pm; cannon fire will be on the hour and the half hour

Where: Outside the San Jacinto Monument; look for the cannon!

Ages: All ages

Things to Bring: Hearing protection if desired

Cost: Free

Note: Program will be canceled in case of rain or inclement weather.
