Fort McKavett State Historic Site
Join members of the Trans-Mississippi Hellcats Mess as they host a Camp of Instruction focused on perfecting close order infantry drill using Hardee’s Drill Manual. This camp is meant to assist new and old members of the Trans-Mississippi Hellcats Mess, the Magnolia Mess, and any others interested in Confederate progressive campaign reenacting get prepared for future events such as Ft. Blakeley (April 5-7) and Raymond (May 10-12). This event will be curated so reenactors will require approval from event organizers before attending.
