Easter Egg Scramble (Afternoon)

This year's egg scramble at the Maxey House will be Saturday, April 8th. The first round will be at 10:00 am and the second will be at 2:00 pm. This event is FREE to the public!

Join us for crafts and fun as we honor a tradition started by the Maxey Family! Lala and Sam Bell Maxey Long would host annual eggs hunts for their "niece" Alice Fairfax Stone. These celebrations have been a part of the history of the site for many years and we are always looking forward to the next one.
