Hands-On-History "Tin" Punching

Feb 15 2020 - 11:00am to 4:00pm

Can you make a cornhusk doll?  Can you do cobra stitch knots?  Learn these and other skills at the Star of the Republic Museum’s “Hands-On History” programs the 3rd Saturday of the month. The programs will be offered from 11-4 or while supplies last.

Each Saturday will focus on a different skill or craft to take home. While you are here, spend some time in our Pioneer Playroom to learn more about life in the Republic of Texas!

Join us this Saturday to create your own "tin" window hanging using one of our premade templates.

The project is for children 3 and up.
