Join the San Antonio Conservation Society and the City of Antonio Office for Historic Preservation! This event offers an advanced training session on the application of the Texas Historic Tax Credit for developers, architects, realtors, investors, economic development experts, and non-profit and governmental leaders. The program will include a brief overview on the application process and an in-depth analysis through case studies of the financial application of the Tax Credit.
Presenters include Texas Historical Commission staff, Crescent Growth Capital, a consultant firm from New Orleans that specializes in navigating the Tax Credit application process; Munsch, Hardt, Kopf and Karr, an Austin law firm specializing in tax credit financing for complex real estate and commercial developments; and Stonehenge Capital, the country’s largest financier of State Tax Credits in the country.
