Historical Marker Workshop - Tom Green County

Join the Tom Green County Historical Commission (CHC) for a workshop featuring the Historical Markers program of the Texas Historical Commission (THC). THC staff will give a demonstration on refinishing a faded Official Texas Historical Marker and then present a workshop on how to research and apply for a historical marker. The free workshop is open to the public and will be held Friday, October 6, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a 1.5-hour break for lunch.  This workshop will be outdoors in the morning so please dress accordingly.
