Join us as we explore El Paso's culinary offerings and follow 19th century recipes to recreate dishes from long time ago. In 1898, The El Paso Cookbook was published by the Y.W.C.A. containing recipes submitted by locals, including Octavia Magoffin. January's class will cook albondigas using Octavia's recipe. In February, we will be whipping up apple fritters and coffee frappes.
