Morrow Chapel Cemetery (six miles east of Kaufman on SH 243 on the south side of the raod next to Old Church of Christ)
Join the Kaufman County Historical Commission for a walking tour of the cemetery with explanations of significance of some of the gravestones. Join us in learning the proper techniques for cleaning gravestones and for leveling gravestones. The workshop will be led by James “Rusty” Brenner with Texas Cemetery Restoration.
Fee for workshop is $30.00 which includes lunch and refreshments. Contact Friends of KCHC at jjlaywell@aol.com for workshop application. Attendance is limited to 50 people.
