Magoffin Home State Historic Site
One of our favorite stories about the Magoffins are the tales of Octavia (Tia) Glasgow holding art classes in the front yard. In that tradition, this camp will embrace Tia's artistic spirit and lead attendees in a variety of arts and crafts projects! They will include paper mache, painting, drawing and sculpting in a variety of media.
Camp starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 3p.m. each day. Kids should wear light and comfortable clothing that may get dirty. They should also bring a sack lunch. Water and lemonade, as well as snacks, will be provided. All materials needed for the projects are included in the fee for the camp.
