Put on your masks and capes and get ready to save history! Kids will learn that history is all around them. From their Tia’s sacred recipe for chile con queso to Dad’s first handmade Christmas ornament to Grandma’s stories about the good old days, they can all be saved for many future generations. Everyone will be encouraged to look into their families and communities for stories, artifacts and even buildings that are special and worthy of saving for the future. Please provide kids with a sack lunch and dress them in clothing suitable for crafting. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Please call 915-533-5147 to reserve your child’s spot today.
