Hartzog, Sr. will be dedicated on the grounds of the Calhoun County Courthouse in Port Lavaca on Saturday, October 25, beginning at 2 p.m. in Courtroom A, Second Floor, followed by the unveiling of the marker on the courthouse grounds.
