Eisenhower Birthplace State Historic Site

For youngsters between the ages of 5–9, this is a great opportunity to be a budding geographer on the grounds of the Eisenhower Birthplace State Historic Site! We will strap on our fanny packs, pull out our maps, and discover the people and places that made up the neighborhood that was once here. We’ll trek up the hill to discover how to handle artifacts in the Birthplace House, work on the railroad, and garden like the Eisenhower family gardened in 1890. Join us on June 13, July 11 or August 8 for a morning full of fun while we learn how to read a map and enjoy the historic site. Supplies and refreshments will be provided. The event cost is $10 per child.
Space is limited, so call us today at 903-465-8908 to reserve your spot. Parents, you are welcome to stay!
