The fourth and final workshop in the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion workshop series. This workshop is specially designed to fortify leaders, specifically within the context of the Museum and Cultural Arts universe, for the challenges they may face throughout the employee life cycle.
Some of the topics covered will include:
- EDI - definitions, legal issues, why diversity is good for business
- "How to handle" case studies
- Panel discussion from their own life experiences by Houston-area artists
- Organizational adjustments to become intentionally inclusive

Pre-registration is required and is through the Texas Association of Museums website.
