The culture of a workplace is a significant source of value for every organization. Today’s savvy leader is responsible for fostering an inclusive environment that is compliant with a myriad of legal considerations as they arise in the daily work environment.

The fourth and final session of our 4-part series dedicated to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion this year will be a highly interactive and experiential event, facilitated by Littler Mendelson Principal Cindy-Ann Thomas, dedicated to the intersection of inclusion and compliance, and is specially designed to fortify leaders for the challenges they may face throughout the employee life cycle, from screening and recruitment to promotions, development, performance management and termination.

This series is a collaboration between TAM (Texas Association of Museums), TACA (The Arts Community Alliance) and THC (Texas Historical Commission).
