Apply for a CLG Grant

We are accepting grant applications for FY2023!

CLG grants provide funding to participating city and county governments to develop and sustain an effective local preservation program critical to preserving local historic resources. City or county governments and state recognized Native American Tribes that have been certified are eligible to apply. Third-party organizations within a CLG community, such as a non-CLG city or non-profit organization, may also apply.

We highly recommend that interested applicants submit a Letter of Intent prior to beginning a grant application to ensure that the applicant and project are eligible for funding. The Letter of Intent is a recommendation, not a requirement, and is due by September 30, 2022. The FY23 Grant Application packet is due by 5 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2022.
