Single pipe concrete culvert with angled abutments and damaged curb.
Contributing structure to an eligible concrete-bed road segment just east of the now closed and removed picnic area and CR 26 on the south side access road of I-40 to where the access road diverges from I-40 near the TX/OK border before entering Texola. Approximately 2.3 miles in length with only minor patching areas.
