Concrete single-box and one-pipe culvert combination with chipped curb and angled abutments.
Contributing structure to an eligible concrete road segment east of Pakan Road/FM 453/CR 6 (south access road) approximately 2.4 miles long from just east of the on-ramp to I-40, east of Pakan Road to the curve in the access road just west of CR 9.
