One-story E-plan motel complex with metal hipped roof, red brick skirting with board-and-batten siding on upper walls, red brick rear walls, single entry doors with casement windows, inset porches supported by plain wood posts with brackets. Motel office has extended hip-roofed porte cochere supported by metal poles, single glass panel entry door, wood-framed fixed windows, brick skirting with board-and-batten upper walls. West wing is slightly different from the rest and has been converted to assisted living; has exposed rafters at eaves, rear of units (west side) has small patio covers and fenced yards.
Behind the motel is a filled-in swimming pool on a terrace, now a grassy sitting and play area. Wooden posts supporting overhang at units replaced wrought iron post (original may be at southeast corner of office).
