Concrete-bed road segment just east of the now closed and removed picnic area and CR 26 on the south side access road of I-40 to where the access road diverges from I-40 near the TX/OK border before entering Texola.  Approximately 2.3 miles in length with only minor patching areas.  One lane in each direction with shallow shoulders on either side.  Road width is 18' made of concrete with steel reinforcing.  It is located approximately 60' south of I-40.  The surrounding landscape remains undeveloped and is rural in nature.  Segment has five contributing concrete culverts along its length.

The road segment retains integrity of location, design, materials, workmanship, setting, feeling, and association.
