In this program, you will uncover the history of photography and define identifying characteristics for a few of the most common techniques! By identifying photographic processes, we can often determine the age of a photograph and identify the people and history captured in our family photos.

Guests are invited to bring up to 3 family photographs (the older the better!) and we will work together to identify how and when the photo was taken. This program will empower visitors with the knowledge and confidence to learn from their family history through the most commonly passed down artifacts, photographs.
