National Register Nominations Online

Looking for copies of National Register nominations?

- National Register nominations on the THC’s Historic Sites Atlas can be found through a searchable catalog of NR nominations, with search capabilities tailored to common National Register inquiries.

- On the THC's Historic Sites Atlas, links to the PDFs can be found under the "Files" tab for each record.

- A list of Multiple Property Documentation Forms is also posted on the Atlas.

- For copies of National Register nominations not posted on the Atlas nor on the NR Highlights page, please contact the THC's National Register staff.

Please note that nominations have been created since 1969 following different documentation standards, and most have not been updated since the time of listing. While the boundaries for each listing are firmly established, the status of contributing properties, especially in historic districts, is subject to change.

Can't Find Your Property?

Most Texas properties in the National Register are not individually listed, but are within historic districts, and as such may not be identified in the title of the nomination. Please contact the THC National Register staff for assistance if you cannot find your listed property on the THC Historic Sites Atlas.
