THC staff can address concerns about building performance or direct you to sources of information. Technical bulletins, publications and web links can be helpful for facilities staff to identify best practices for minor repairs. Professional guidance from an architect or the involvement of a qualified contractor may be warranted for recurring or major problems.
Site visits
THC staff periodically visit each completed project to identify and assist in resolving any problems, monitor the level of ongoing maintenance and to discuss future preventative maintenance needs with county officials and facility maintenance managers.
